Short links for financial services

Statements, disclosures and application forms behind short addresses with a controlled lifetime and a clean deletion story.

Where teams use it

Application flows

One link per campaign or per advisor, so applications can be attributed without a tracking parameter zoo.

Disclosures and statements

A stable short address pointed at the current version of a document.

Client onboarding

Expiring links for onboarding steps that should not stay open indefinitely.

Advisor campaigns

Per-advisor aliases turn the dashboard into a simple channel report.

Why Snugl

Deliberate lifetime

Expiry is a first-class field, not a reminder in someone's calendar.

Retention windows

Click history is pruned automatically at 30 days, 3 months or one year depending on plan.

Counted, not profiled

Analytics are a per-day count per link — there is no visitor profile to explain to a reviewer.

Questions

Can I revoke a link?

Yes. Deactivating or deleting a link stops the redirect immediately and clears the cached mapping.

Who can see the links?

Links belong to a workspace. Team members you invite see them; nobody else does.

Can access be restricted by network?

API keys accept an IP whitelist, so automation can be pinned to your own egress addresses.
