Terms of Service

Snugl turns URLs you supply into short links on snugl.space that redirect to their target, and records how often each link is opened. The service is provided through a web dashboard and a REST API.

Access is authenticated by API keys. Keep them secret; requests carrying your key are attributed to you. You are responsible for the links created with your keys. If a key leaks, delete it and issue a new one.

Do not use Snugl to distribute malware, phishing pages, or illegal content, and do not use it for spam or to disguise affiliate or advertising links in violation of the destination's rules. Destinations may be checked against safety services at creation. We may deactivate links — and suspend accounts — that break these rules.

Free accounts can hold up to 10 active links with 30 days of click history. Paid plans add capacity, custom aliases, and longer retention, as shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions bill monthly and are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record: Lemon Squeezy collects payment, issues invoices, and handles applicable taxes.

You can cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

Because Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record, it operates the customer portal used for cancellations and processes refund requests under its own merchant policies. Start a refund request from the portal link in your subscription receipt email, or contact support@codebrewerz.com and we'll route it.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
